Draw Made For Premier League Cup Group Stage
Hull City U23s have been drawn against Newcastle United, West Bromwich Albion and either Southend United or Scunthorpe United in the Premier League Cup group stage.
Jon Beale's side will face each side home and away between October and February with the top two teams in the group advancing to the knockout stages.
Fixture dates, kick-off times and venues for each group stage game will be announced in due course.
The Premier League Cup consists of Category One Academies playing in Premier League 2, Category Two Academy teams from the Professional Development League, and clubs from Categories Three and Four.

Group A: Charlton Athletic, Colchester United, Reading, Swansea City Group B: Everton, Fulham, Plymouth Argyle/Yeovil Town, Watford Group C: Hull City, Newcastle United, Southend/Scunthorpe United, West Bromwich Albion Group D: Aston Villa, Cambridge United/Exeter City, Doncaster Rovers, Portsmouth Group E: AFC Bournemouth, Nottingham Forest, Southampton, Stoke City Group F: Huddersfield Town/Oxford United, Liverpool, Sunderland, Wigan Athletic Group G: Blackburn Rovers, Burnley, Crystal Palace, Middlesbrough Group H: Birmingham City, Derby County, Leeds United, Wolverhampton Wanderers
There are four qualifying matches that will determine the final line-up of the groups, with the fixtures below to be played prior to the beginning of the group stages.
