Hull City are seeking to recruit accommodation providers for young professional football apprentices in the local area.

Lodgings should provide a good quality accommodation in an area which provides a safe setting for the apprentices to live during their weekly busy training schedule. In order to minimise travelling time for the apprentices to their training grounds, the preferred areas would be in or within close proximity to the following areas- Cottingham, Willerby, Anlaby, Hessle, Kirk Ella, North Ferriby, Swanland, the Avenues, HU5 area and Victoria Dock area of Hull.

The role will require residential accommodation from 5 or 7 nights per week during the football season. The accommodation provider will be required to provide a welcoming friendly/family home environment with a high quality nutritional breakfasts and evening meals, with occasional lunches to young aspiring football apprentices. A set monthly allowance will be provided for the cost of the accommodation and meals.

This role involves work with young people aged between 16 to 18, and is subject to and enhanced DBS check. Clearance through the FA DBS system is required.  As such this post is exempt for the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974) and the applicant must disclose all previous convictions including spent convictions. Two satisfactory written references will also be required. Applicants will, in addition, need to demonstrate that the accommodation meets certain safety standards and assessment to be completed by the Safeguarding Manager.
